Yasmin Sebah
(Miss) LLB (Hons)
Yasmin has immense experience as a legal advisor
and has lectured in various aspects of law at three colleges in
London in addition to a stint at London Metropolitan University.
She is also involved in a vast amount of probono work. Yasmin
has been one of the driving forces behind the setting up of the
IUFP program and is currently head of examinations committee
for the IUFP. |

Sean Brennan
LLB (Hons), MA
Sean has over fifteen years experience of
teaching Law and related subjects in further and higher
education. He is an A-Level Examiner and Moderator for Edexcell,
OCR and AQA and is also involved in on-line teaching and
distance learning and has written numerous research papers. Sean
has taught students from a diverse range of socio-economic and
ethnic backgrounds as well as a wide range of academic
achievement and is committed to non-oppressive practice. Sean
currently lectures Public Law as well as Jurisprudence and Legal
Theory at MCL, whilst completing his PhD in Legal Theory. |

Loganathan Ramasamy
LLB (Hons), LLM
Logan is a lecturer and a practising Solicitor. He is also a
Member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Logan
specialises in the English Legal System and Land Law. Previously
he has been a corporate legal advisor and an advocate and
solicitor in Malaysia. His particular research interests are in
the area of Human Rights Law. |

Emmanuel Nwawulor-Sonhouse
LLB
(Hons)
Emmanuel enjoyed an active and participatory
University career where as a Student Governor he had the
responsibility of conveying the interests and concerns of the
students to the governing body. He used this experience in his
legal career as a barrister to advise clients on their rights
and obligations under the law, which enabled him to contribute
positively to the lives of marginalised people in our society.
Emmanuel is setting up a charity trust with the aim of
increasing access to the legal profession. While pursuing this
ambition, he is also teaching Land Law to the LLB students at
MCL. |

Nilanjana Sensarkar
(Ms.) LLB (Hons), LLM
Nila is an aspiring academic whose main interest
is in the field of intellectual property, particularly
copyrights with special focus on the entertainment industry. Her
theoretical and practical knowledge of other areas of the law
has been strengthened by her exposure to a wide range of legal
issues. Nila is the author of various articles and has also
worked as an attorney, and market researcher, which have honed
her negotiation and communication skills. She is currently using
these attributes while lecturing Intellectual Property at MCL
and simultaneously pursuing her PhD studies at Queen Mary
University. |

Jerry Gopaul
BA (Hons), MA
Jerry has a Masters degree in Clinical
Psychology. He has worked in the mental health services of the
NHS for 13 years and also mentored Middlesex University
students, particularly in the study of clinical audit,
governance and cost awareness and practices. These activities
have formed his work as a lecturer of psychology based modules
of Business Studies and Accountant in Business at the Fundamentals level
of the ACCA course. Jerry equally lectures in Sociology and
Psychology and he is an A-Level Examiner for OCR in both
subjects and has previously taught Sociology on the
University of London BSc degree level course. |

Kevin Gopaul
BA
(Hons), LLB (Hons)
Kevin is an accountant and lecturer of
considerable experience having taught in Mauritius and the UK.
His work as an accountant incorporates preparing graduates for
ACCA examinations. His academic career has mostly been centred
on finance and economics. At MCL, Kevin lectures on Management
Accounting for Fundamentals level of the ACCA
course. |

Dr. Jan Gustafsson
BSc (Hons), MBA, PhD.
Jan has 33 years teaching experience, which
includes being the Principal at London Westminster College for
three years. He is currently a senior lecturer and management
consultant. Jan is also the author of three publications
relating to his research interests of strategic management and
buyer behaviour. Jan is currently head of the business
studies department at MCL. He is also the IUFP
executive director designate. |

Austin Briggs
MA
Austin has had a varied and interesting career in education and
commercial enterprises. He has worked as a Customs
Officer/Programmer, Systems Analyst/Consultant and Systems
Manager. His various responsibilities in his commercial career
have included the computerisation of banking operations, and the
design and computerisation of various databases for his former
employers. During his educational career he has lectured at five
different colleges in Nigeria and produced two publications.
Austin is currently lecturing on IT Applications for MCL while
pursuing his PhD studies at Brunel University. |

Andrew Lumbers
BA
(Hons), TEFL
Andrew has had an interesting and varied
academic career spanning thirteen years which as well as
teaching has included a wide range of pastoral and
administrative duties. He taught for several years in Greece.
During this time his work included assisting with the
organisation of examinations and producing exercises for text
books. Andrew has used some of these same skills for MCL as he
is lecturing British History and Institutions, which is one of
the subjects taught under the International University
Foundation Programme curriculum. |

Bola Makinde
LLB (Hons), LLM
Bola is the chief executive of MCL. He is
also a Solicitor and Member of the Law Society of England and
Wales. As a solicitor, Bola specialises in Employment Law and
Immigration Law. However, he has been involved in education and
training for more than 18 years in the United Kingdom, both as
an administrator and as a lecturer. He has lectured and taught
Business Law and the English Legal System in two London
colleges. Bola has been involved in the development of the IUFP
and looks forward to seeing the programme achieve its full
potential through the establishment of long term and sustainable
relationships with British Universities and partner
schools/colleges in different parts of the world. |

William Capstick
BSc (Hons), MA, LLM, DipEd, Dip EU Law, FCIS, FCIPD, FRSA
William acts an educational consultant and is
currently academic adviser of MCL. He has been an
experienced lecturer/tutor at several UK Universities for more
than 30 years and has also lectured in several African
Universities. William is involved as an International
Educational Consultant and Training/Development Advisor
worldwide. He is Vice Chair of the British Management Training
and Education Council (BMTEC). |

Judith Brightwell
(Miss) BA (Hons)
Judith is the admissions secretary for
MCL and IUFP International co-ordinator. Her professional
experience was gained largely from her former career as a civil
servant. She has also done some historical research and worked
briefly as a court logger. She is very involved and committed to
the setting up of the IUFP and its future success. |
