Dear Prospective Student Thank you for your interest in joining our College. To undertake the University of London Diploma in Law course, you must be 18 years of age before 1st September in the year of registration. Prior to registration, you will be required to attend an interview at MCL and undertake a simple written test to demonstrate that you have the ability that is required to complete the course. (No previous qualification is required.) In order to qualify for the University of London LLB Degree course, you require 2 GCE ‘A’ Levels plus 3 GCSE ‘O’ Levels or 3 GCE ‘A’ Levels plus 1 GCSE ‘O’ Level (or equivalents). Diplomas and Higher Diplomas awarded by institutions acceptable to University of London (provided that they are at least two years full-time) satisfy the general entry requirements of University of London as a whole. To undertake the LLB Degree in two years under the Graduate Entry Scheme, you must already possess a first degree from a University. The LLB Degree application is a two-stage process, whereby prospective students must register with University of London to obtain their University of London Student Number, and then to register with MCL. To undertake the ACCA Accounting Fundamentals course, you must be at least 18 years old and posses 2 GCE ‘A’ Levels and 3 GCSE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent in five separate subjects including English and Mathematics. To qualify via the Matured Student Entry Route (MSER), you must be at least 21 years old with no academic qualification required.
